CQC needs clinical oversight by a member of the team for has a good working knowledge of medical and nursing domains, QoF and audits etc.

I recently had an e-mail from CQC inspector who had received an anonymous complaint about our service. This covered four key aspects of our organisation: complaints, staff appraisals, infection control and fire risk assessment.
