This is an Annually Renewing 12 month contract, you may cancel 30 days before the end of the term
If you have special requirements, for example intensive support to lift you from Inadequate Rating or Special Measures, we will agree additional charges with you before we commence work.
The service
Unlimited support sessions at any time throughout the year (within reason!)
Quarterly Management Reporting session - Governance and Well-Led
- All year round continuous support
- Inspection preparation
- Assist with accuracy statement (after inspection)
- Deal directly with Inspector where appropriate
The programme
- Duration: Twelve months
- Sessions: Unlimited
Once you are fully set up and the system is running smoothly, we can schedule catch up sessions, usually just 15 minutes at a time.
It is ok to even call several times day as we prefer to "nip it in the bud" when issues arise, and you get an immediate resolution.
It is extremely rare for clients to abuse this system but for legal purposes we have to add that: Whilst we accommodate all reasonable calls, rescheduling, and accidental missed appointments, we reserve the right to terminate the service where this becomes unreasonable.
