Starter Setup service: TWO WEEKS' suport to get you started
This is a one-off payment, additional time may be chargeable as agreed by both parties
What you will get:-
- Guidance on how to use the system
- Help with getting the basics completed
- Structured time-table to get organised
The programme
- Duration: Four weeks
- Sessions: Four 30 minute weekly sessions
It is ok if the session extends to 1 hour, we don't mind. This is a long-term solution for you, and we want you to remain a client for many years, which is why we usually spend as much time as necessary to ensure you are fully confident about the system and use it to its fullest right from the beginning.
Things can go wrong, so we accommodate all reasonable rescheduling, but reserve the right to terminate the service for unreasonable cancellations and "no shows"
