Before you buy:

1. Returns must be notified, in writing, within 7 days after you receive the file.
2. All products must be unused and undamaged.
3. Our copyrighted material must not be copied.
4. Do not return your package unless your RMA has been authorised.
5. Your Partner or Director will be asked for written confirmation that copies have not been made of any material.
6. You will be responsible for return postage.

The purchaser will be the registered as the licensee. This is a non-transferable license granted exclusively to the purchaser and the licence to use cannot be assigned or otherwise conveyed to any other party without the licensor's consent.
