Before you buy:

1. You will have access to a Demo Channels to try-before-you-buy
2. You cannot cancel the contract after you have downloaded the LIVE Channel

WARRANTY FOR THE FOLDER: IF ANYTHING BREAKS IN THE FOLDER, WE WILL REPLACE THE FOLDER

Accidental damage is covered: If you damage the folder in any way, we will give you a replacement. You are allowed 2 claims within 5 years of your purchase. Proof of damage will be required and the old product to be returned.

Access to our site and Templates are on a subscription basis. What you will be getting is ONE YEAR’S access, automatically renewed at the end of the term for continuity unless cancelled earlier in accordance with our terms and conditions.

The purchaser will be the registered as the licensee. This is a non-transferable license granted exclusively to the purchaser and the licence to use cannot be assigned or otherwise conveyed to any other party without the licensor's consent.

Summary of Terms and Conditions

• You are purchasing a software system and a Quality Standards Manual.
• This system is for Providers who want long term consistency, and includes the Team Edition manual designed to last 5 years.
• This is an annually renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of the term unless cancelled beforehand. It requires a minimum 30 days notice, meaning that you cannot cancel in the last 30 days of the contract.
• On termination, you will lose access to all your data, you will regain full access if you re-subscribe at any time, however this will be a new subscription at prevailing prices and you will loose any original pricing or discounts.
