Monitoring your own account
You can monitor and manage your registration and changes online, such as:
- add regulated activities to your registration.
- change your contact details.
- apply to be a registered manager.
- notify the CQC of events and incidents at your practice e.g. Death of a person using the service or abuse or allegations of abuse.
