We aim to dispatch no later than the next day

• Small items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery
• Heavier items are sent by courier
• All items are tracked

Fastest delivery is for:-

1. Credit card and PayPal payments (instant payment updates)
2. Direct Debit payments - usually for subscription products
3. BACS - slowest as this is a manual process

For urgent orders, call us after placing the order, we can speed things up most of the time

How to get an invoice before payment

When you place an order, we automatically send you an order AND the invoice in the confirmation email
You can pay later BUT you have to confirm the order as follows:-

1. Place your order as normal
2. Payment stage - select your payment method and go to the next step
3. This takes you to the "Order Confirmation" stage [VERY IMPORTANT YOU DO THIS]
4. Payment stage - DO NOT PAY YET - you can return at a later stage to pay

You can change the payment method anytime, even when you return to pick up where you left off
Goods are only dispatched on payment

Purchases

Your invoices are always available in the same place as your order.
Go to My Account >> Your orders, where you will see invoices for that order, which you can download in PDF format

Online Subscriptions

Invoices for subscriptions are under My Account >> Your Online Account
Here, you will see a page titles User Profile, and a tab called Subscription History
All your invoices are in the last column, which you can download in PDF format
