The buying Process

Our online buying process is the same as other online shops

First time purchase

You do not need to be pre-registered
Just add the products to your cart, and the next step will let you setup your account
Your address and preferences will be saved for the next time

Returning customers

You don't have to log in first, but it will help as you may have special pricing
Complete your shopping as normal, everything is saved in your cart even if you haven't logged in yet
You will get an option to log in as you proceed to payment
Your saved addresses and profile will now appear automatically

When will I get my stuff

We aim to dispatch no later than the next day

Small items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery
Heavier items are sent by courier
All items are tracked

Fastest delivery is for:-

Credit card and PayPal payments (instant payment updates)
Direct Debit payments - usually for subscription products
BACS - slowest as this is a manual process

For urgent orders, call us after placing the order, we can speed things up most of the time

How to get an invoice before payment

When you place an order, we automatically send you an order AND the invoice in the confirmation email
You can pay later BUT you have to confirm the order as follows:-

Place your order as normal
Payment stage - select your payment method and go to the next step
This takes you to the "Order Confirmation" stage [VERY IMPORTANT YOU DO THIS]
Payment stage - DO NOT PAY YET - you can return at a later stage to pay

You can change the payment method anytime, even when you return to pick up where you left off
Goods are only dispatched on payment

Purchases

Your invoices are always available in the same place as your order.
Go to My Account >> Your orders, where you will see invoices for that order, which you can download in PDF format

Online Subscriptions

Invoices for subscriptions are under My Account >> Your Online Account
Here, you will see a page titles User Profile, and a tab called Subscription History
All your invoices are in the last column, which you can download in PDF format

What you see is what you pay

We want to make buying as easy as possible, so all our products show an all inclusive final price only, including VAT and delivery

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do

Where available, you will see Quantity Discounts already built into the pricing.

Types of discounts offered:-

Packs: Where products are offered in packs, these are discounted where possible
Eneterprise: For larger quantities, check for the Enterprise Discounts pricing on the product page
